Tips for making Dunkin Donuts Blueberry Muffins

  1. Use room temperature ingredients: It is important to use room temperature butter, eggs, and milk in your muffin batter. This will help the ingredients mix more evenly and create a smoother texture.
  2. Don’t overmix the batter: Once you have combined the wet and dry ingredients, be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in tough, dense muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  3. Fill muffin cups to the top: Fill each muffin cup all the way to the top with batter to ensure that your muffins have a nice rounded top. Sprinkle extra granulated sugar on top of the batter for added sweetness and crunch.

Mistakes to avoid while making Dunkin Donuts Blueberry Muffins

  1. Don’t overbake the muffins: Overbaking the muffins can cause them to become dry and tough. Check the muffins after 18 minutes of baking and remove them from the oven once they’re golden brown.
  2. Don’t overfill the muffin cups: Overfilling the muffin cups can cause the muffins to overflow and result in unevenly baked muffins. Fill the cups only to the top.
  3. Don’t use cold ingredients: Using cold ingredients can make the muffins dense and tough. Make sure to bring all the ingredients to room temperature before starting.
